The Confederacy of Sandobar is a small group of islands in the southern edge of the archipeligo. It consists of 4 islands:
* Fortuna * Dos Tequis * Del Tosca * Saltorum
Each island is ruled by a council of elders, and these elders select an overall executive to negotiate on behalf of the Confederacy. The executive has precious little power, however, and is limited severely by the island councils.
Fortuna is the largest island, with a population of around 15,000. It has a major port (La Tyval) through which most of the items traded to the islands passes. It's active volcano (Illa del Tubro) erupts frequently.
Dos Tequis is the smallest of the islands, with only 3,000 inhabitants. However, it stands as an equal to the other islands as it is rich in metals. However, mines dug into the ground tend to attract the attention of orcs, goblins, and other monsters.
