Benefit

If you are unarmed, and are being attacked, you may make an attack roll, adding only you stregth and you highest base attack bonus. If you succeed you catch the opponents weapon, if you lose, too bad. You may then make an attack of opportunity with the hand that you didnt catch the opponents weapon with against said opponent. This does not provoke attacks of oppurtunity.
